As the daughter of two educators, Paige has always been supportive of children and families but career- wise life took her in a different direction, and she supported organizations and people through her work as a Human Resources professional for many years. In 2008, after struggling with her two daughters who are 16 months apart, she began educating herself on various parenting education programs.

A few years later, she decided to follow her true passion of supporting other parents through the creation of 1 Minute Mommy. She is now a Certified Positive Discipline Educator and an ACPI Certified Parent Coach. She also volunteers her time as a Parent Aide with Suncoast Mental Health where she provides one on one parent coaching to parents in need, and is a real parent, with real experiences and struggles, just like you. She is sharing her personal journey from parenting struggle to parenting power through Parent Coaching, Community Classes, and much more.
